I had a very good experience on this app. The counsellor was professional, on time, and understood my frame of mind really well. The fee is nominal, not too pricey so quite affordable. There are various options. You can take online counseling by chat, phone call or video call as well. Overall, a really good app.

Great psychologists are available at my fingertips now! I love that I have access to a counsellor right at my home. That’s extremely important because there were times when I couldn’t go out and Pinkymind got me through it. Vibha Rungta has been such an amazing therapist to me. I like this app the 15 minutes chat with expert is really helpful and they listen carefully your problem. I hope they would prefer free expert help so that some people who can’t afford the therapy will take the offer. This app is really helpful. And it helps people generally to get rid from their problems, I like this app.


I had 5 sessions of CBT with Vaishnavi ma’am for derealization. This therapy really helped me in understanding my problem and finding it’s solution. Vaishnavi ma’am gave me daily tasks to do that made me feel and act mindfully. She made me feel very comfortable and i shared all my problems with her. She’s very understanding and her methods are very holistic. I suggest this to all the people suffering from anxiety/depression or any other mental health issue.

When I started off therapy, I felt a bit lost and didn’t know where it would take me and whether or not I had taken the right decision. My therapist Smita eased my transition into my role of a therapee very smoothly. She listened very intently at everything that I had to say and allowed me to talk out everything that I had in my most raw unfiltered form even though I guess sometimes I didn’t make sense. She was really patient in that respect. She helped me along the way with some healthy actionable mental frameworks to allow me to journal more effectively and deal with my negative thought-patterns/loops…
