Let's talk

Why are you so impatient?

Why do you take hasty decisions?

oh, come on patience is not your cup of tea.

Have you ever had the above statements and questions popping up in your mind?

In this day and age, we want everything to happen within seconds.

For instance, waiting for a pizza.

Waiting for your exam results.

Waiting near a billing counter.

Just recall these moments, these simple examples can make us discern how impatient we are.

In this fast-paced life, we encounter a lot of challenges, rejections, stress, and hardships that must be tackled with patience instead, we tend to flip out and go off to the deep end, this eventually messes up your life.

Being impatient demotivates us and we tend to lose our confidence.

I feel impatient people are often considered as fickle-minded as they keep on switching rather than clinging onto a decision and working on it.

This eventually gives rise to worries, depression, and anxiety.

Practicing patience frequently can bring favorable changes in your life. It can enhance your relationships, it paves your path towards success. In short, things will eventually fall into place.

When you want your results to be fruitful you need to have patience.

People who have patience are rarely accustomed to mental illnesses.

Here are some golden rules that you need to follow to build-up your patience level.

  •  Contemplate  before you speak
  •  Meditate
  •  Practice waiting
  • Take a deep breath before you speak
  • Try to be calm

“Learning patience can be a difficult experience, but once conquered you will find life is easier.” – Catherine Pulsifer
