4- Avoid over-protecting it. It is common for relatives and loved ones of a person with anxiety to tend to alleviate their anxiety in the short term, for example, by delaying facing situations or circumstances that they fear.

5- Encouraging, supporting and motivating the person who suffers from anxiety to face the situations that he fears will gradually occur. Additionally, every progress has to be recognized and promoted because people with anxiety often are not aware of their progress.

6- Encouraging them to obtain help from a medical professional.

7- Participation in psychotherapy. It is beneficial to know the progress that a person with anxiety makes while undergoing psychotherapy to support and assist the application of techniques recommended by a psychologist to help someone with anxiety.
