“We won’t grow and learn, doing what we have always done, and thinking about what we have always thought. One need to move beyond our comfort zones. We need to engage with new and different if we want to expand ourselves” said Akiroq Brostz.
Growth is essential be it for a tree, humans or an institution. Growth makes us feel that we have progressed and gone ahead from where we started. It is a tracker which motivates us to do better. As growth makes us realise that all the efforts that one is putting in are paying off. And maybe that is why we love growth. Sure, growth may not happen linearly, you may not see much growth for a long time after you start your project. But growth no matter how small should be acknowledged. And we believe that our platform Pinkymind grew a lot since we first started.
Tracking our Growth
Tracking our growth is something which we are doing through this article. We wish to reflect on the past couple of years and how we progressed. Pleased to say that we are amazed at how much Pinkymind grew. Starting from humble beginnings with an aim to help people, to reach a stage where we are actively assisting hundreds of people. WE GREW. Something that our testimonials speak volumes of. Our dedication and our services have been well received by our clients.
We are not bragging about ourselves. Just acknowledging the passion and dedication that the entire team of Pinkymind have invested over the years. It is a reminder that the services that our facilitators are offering are touching people and their lives. It is an indication that the vision with which our founder started Pinkymind is coming to fruition.
Pinkymind – the beginnings
Some experience in life not only traumatises us but also plants the seeds of innovation. Which is something that happened with the founder of Pinkymind, Mr Stephen Chacko. An incident that he faced while travelling caused him to face his worst fears. He had to face his fears which led him to experience panic attacks, bouts of anxiety and depression. Upon seeking therapy, he overcame them. Then he came up with the idea of creating a space where people could be made aware of how easily mental health issues can crop up. A space where people could seek help without any inhibitions. And so it began.
Hence Pinkymind was born, an online mental health counselling platform that provides counselling services for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress and burnout amongst other services. We believe in unloading emotions and freeing up your mind from all the tensions and worries. Pinkymind offers the services facilitated by the best mental health professionals in the industry including counsellors, psychotherapists and psychiatrists.
Us over the years-
Over the years we have expanded our platform and created our app on Playstore to better provide our services. We have also started a chat feature that would enable our users to share their issues and our helpers can guide them to the appropriate professionals. We feel that some of the features that our platform offers are unique and set us apart from others. Users can talk to our professionals over a call if they are not comfortable with virtual consultations. We take care of your worries with utmost care and if even then users are not satisfied then the platform also has a money-back policy to help you. We don’t charge high prices to offer our service and you will find that our services are extremely affordable without compromising on the quality of services offered.
Apart from that we also started to create content on different social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook to create mental health awareness. We have an active blog page where we try to keep our users engaged with all things related to psychology. We publish new articles on our blog every week and bring put information on various mental health topics.
Our new programmes-
Along with providing therapy, we have also started to provide several self-help programmes facilitated by our expert teammates. They have been specifically curated keeping the users’ ease and comfort in mind. Almost all of our courses are self-paced with an easy understanding of the content. Most importantly they are priced in a way that won’t burn a hole in your wallet or your digital currency (whichever one you prefer).
Pandemic hit us all hard and it has made us reevaluate our priorities again. Made us want to be more mindful, focus on recharging our emotional energy or simply try out yoga. Acknowledging these aspects, we centred our programs around these topics.
Some of the guided programs provided by us are-
- Self-Care
- Discover your life purpose
- How to Sleep better in 5 days
- Yoga for managing anxiety
- Mindfulness for beginners
- Emotional Energizer program
Lastly, we wish to keep on growing. To help more people overcome their fears and insecurities because
“For us, your happiness matters!”
