Numerous studies done to unveil the benefits of dark chocolate have shown that cocoa may help improve mood and relieve stress. Excessive chocolate can be bad for your teeth but a controlled quantity of it can reap astonishing benefits!
  • Yogurt – Healthful bacteria like Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria lurk around in yogurt. There is strong evidence through some studies that not only do they aid in reducing social anxiety but also help certain individuals by making them feel happier.
